T.P.Deposit REfund Due Not Received from2000 till date

Dear Sir,

I Aniganti Ashok, Applied a Land line phone in 1998 at Ramanthapur, Hyderabad./and i have got work order on the same year but i have not taken line for to change the address for land line. But i requested them by a letter for change of address but i have not get the phone till 2000. In 2000 i have applied for refund all letters of correspondence attached here with. I can not get my refund till date, mean while i go to tarnaka, gandhinagar accounts office they have telling me no records, then last month april i resubmitted all my zerox copies of ack.receipts for refund at Tarnaka Ex. JTO. Till date i have not received any information till date. Please help me to get my refund as early as possible RS.00.
