INEFFIECIENT CUSOMER SERVICE

Since june 1st 2009 until 25th june my landline phone no 914802846209 was not working and also internet broad band. despite repeated complaints it was made only after 25 days. inefficient unskilled staff and lack of commitment to the customer is the story. no responsible person in the office. despite above all they are collecting the service charges for the service not done
