Faulty Service

Hi,

My telephone number is 0120-2625616 which was installed in last December. I also applied for a BB connection which after much delay was installed. But from the day one it hasn't operated satisfactorily. Most of the time the Link line keeps on blinking and when a number is dialled from telephone it stops for some time and then again start blinking. I have complaint repeatedly with result that the MoDem has been changed once but with no effect. Voice quality is also very bad and currently the phone is out of order. Have repeatedly complaint but no effect net result is the same. Can somebody please look into it?
