Telephone no 2881169 is not working

I am having telephone No. 2881169. connected at my residence

Sector 10 C / 171, Vashundra, Ghaziabad.

Since Last three months my telephone is not working abnormal sound comes while lifting the receives, due to this we can't hear.

i have complaint at Vashundra Office no. 0120 2885500, 2881200, 2885050. But till today no action has been taken by your end.

You are requested to rectify the problem or disconnect my no. & return my security.
