BSNL Landline
Egarding refund of connection money

I want to state that since I got the BSNL landline installed in my shop, I had been facing problems such as getting wrong bills, getting bills even when the phone dead for the whole month. Finally I decided to get it disconnected. After more than a year, the phone was disconnected but inspite of clearing all my dues I was refunded only Rs.731/-. dated march 7.

MY BSNL file no is 10489, telephone no. 256576, consumer no.97040298.
