BSNL Land Line
Telephone is not working from last 30 days

Hi,

This is to bring to your notice that my BSNL landline no 0496-2624497 (Koyilany, Calicut, Kerala) is not working from last 30 days. My mother is staying alone and she is now 65 years of age, she has approched the bsnl office many times with the complaint and there is no positive response from your end. As I'm staying away from my home and not able to contact my mom regularly, only option is that she has to 1 km to std booth and make call.

So kindly understand the seriousness of this issue and do the needful ASAP.
