Egarding over bill

My phone no 01832432067 i have unlimmted broadband conection .22 july.

i have comlain everyday sdo .de.dgm.gm.0183.2431991.2587950.2566800.2227727.2563566...

but not solve my problem .brodband not working only one day.

but send broadband bill my adress

i dont pay bill because broadband not worked one day in month

bsnl stop my phone out going calles

this is not right desision on bsnl

so please openly my outgoing calles
