BSNL Land Line Connection
Not refund my causion money after 4 years

Respected sir,

I am Renu Verma, W/O Sri anjani Kumar sinha, residing in sakrogarh Sahibganj, had disconnected my landline connection Four year back. But they didn't returned my caution money, which they took at the time of connection. Total caution money I deposited Rs I made so many complain in my sahibganj BSNL office but they never gave me any positive response, BSNL SDO of sahibganj said I sent your all document in Dumka, but they are not sending your money or not taking any action, I cant do anything. go and try yourself. I can't do anything. MY telephone no was- 06436-225292

Sir I am in dilema please take any action which you can in my favour. waiting for your kind response.
