BSNL - landline telephone
Wrong billing

My BSNL landline no. is (0824) 2474672. I had applied for a landline connection which is incoming only but BSNL is sending me a bill of 190/- which is for outgoing facility since 3 months. They had done this for the first month also but I reported to them and they changed. Now they have again included outgoing facility charges. I had clearly mentioned in the application form that I want incoming only. I request you to enquire this with respect to my application details.

They had even sent a bill of 80, 000/- once and on reporting they changed it.

I demand action against these people who even after my queries are not responding properly.
