Irresponsible behavio

I am Somasekharan. My landphone is complaint from last 4 weeks (ie 1 Month). I have put complaint 3 times in complaint box, in automatic compliant system, informed techical staffs, engineer of that exchange (Mazhuvannoor) and higher grade of officers of our distict (Ernakulam). Still this time they neither the came to fix it nor any action. Still this time we have no payment due. We also taken the BSNL broadband connection. Why did you (BSNL people) opening the office regularly with taking any job???You can sleep in house very well rights. There are lots of educated people (youngsters), who were ready to work in any condition expecially in India, still why should BSNL hold such lazy workers. IF U (BSNL) CONTINUE THESE TYPES OF SERVICES IT WILL NOT EXIST EXPECIALLY IN THIS CENTURY...
