Looking Forward to change the Telephone set to be replaced from last 5 months

Hi,

It is matter of regret to mention here that, inspite of informing at BSNL Office at Bajaj Nagar Jaipur in march & at customer care no 1500 wherein the complaint have been registered with service request ID 7155596. The Malviya nagar telephone exchnage has not changed the telephone instrument.

The BSNL staff are putting the excuse we do not have the telephone sets in stock.

This totally proves, the illmanered, behavoiur of BSNL.
