Coller's tune instald without orde

My son studey at marhasi arvind college and at 11.25 one call on his mobile (his mobile is on no sound) and coller's tune is instald automatically. When he finish his class and check his mobile that Rs, 35/- is cut from his balance. this is a clear cut cheating. How we can reclaim our amount?
