Login problem

I cant access my account information from the newton site. I used to access it before, but since they changed the username with the inclusion of std codes, i am unable to login to their site. It reports that either my password or user name is incorrect. Since i forgot my answer to the forgot password question i cant access my account . please help with this problem.

I would also want to know whether there is anyway to view incoming calls when i am connected to the net using netone. pls this would be really helful.
