Bsnl prepaid
Caller tune deactivation and stealing my money from my sim

Hi,

I am Jobi Joseph having mobile no 9480320226.Without any request from me it has been noted that caller tune got activated to my mobile while deleting an SMS from BSNL.since then it is charging Rs.9 and Rs.20 (totalRs.29) from my mobile each month.when calling customer care i never got any assistance;it says all r busy, try later...!!! I am trying CSC last 2 weeks!!!

I need to cancel that stupid caller tune and save my money.

There is no information in BSNL site for how to cancel caller tune and no customer care mail address too.

pls note into this and help me.
