Charges for BSNL Tune

Dear Sir,

My mobile no. is 9490001808 and I got a message from BSNL (56700) by SMS to download BSNL tune and I pressed the button for cancellation but unfortunately the BSNL tone was activated and immediately some Rs.10/- was deducted from my prepaid amount. I sent a message BT DACT to 56700 for deactivation, but it is not accepting and the services were not deactivated. I called customer care, they are also not responding properly and there is no body in BSNL to help me. Can any body help me to get rid of this type of consumer exploitation by BSNL? Without the prior approval of the customer why BSNL is deducting some amount, why BSNL is sending these kind of messages continiously?
