BSNL pre paid for home use
De activation of Chatting and add refund my amount

With deeply regretted, I would like to inform you that I have not activated Chatting massage, rather than Rs. 3 has been deducted from my mobile no. 9430021919 which is not desire. Such type of malpractices, I have gave up BSNL mobile no. 9471226241. This is highly objectionable.

I think BSNL has found best way to collect black money to fulfill their staff grievance and salary. If BSNL will adopt such type of wrong path, there is no longer time to diminished.

Therefore, I request you to please inquiry my case and refund my amount which has been deducted from my account and stop this SMS service.
