Forced Activation of Caller Tune

BSNL has automatically activated the dialer tone & charged. Now the messgae from 56700 says that same will be automatically renewed.56700 is not working. Web is not allowing to log in .message for deactivation is not getting delivered to 56700.

Pls stop the service of caller tune.
