Bsnl service
Wrong message

I have BSNL connection with me. On 02.09.09 i got a message from TA-acad that my mobile no is winner and had won $2500 cash. For enquiring about prize one no was given. On calling that no a huge amount was deducted from my phone but on other side only waiting option and dirctions was there.

When i talked to BSNL customer care they says they have not any connection with that message. But i want to say that in spite of coming No TA-acad was appearing. This system must be provided by BSNL..Later on i came to know that many other people were also trapped in this problem. Please let me know if BSNL is responsibel for such king of misuse.
