I will tell you the lazyness of the bsnl sec-82 nepz noida. The Mr G.C.GUPTA (SDO) is one of them.

i booked the new bsnl connection on nov 08.Mr gupta said that it will be installed in 7 days but they take 24 days. Now from 1st week of Dec the phone is dead and i am continuosly making the complaints but they haven't take any action. Mr. GUPTA is doing nothing but taking benifit of government job and when a call the line men he is asking for the bribe (rs 500). My phone no is 2417211 and the compliant no is- 311244
