I had registered on your bsnl tones portal successfully and used that twice.few days back, my laptop got the new hard disk and Ram just for the speed enhancement with every software including windows Xp newly insdtalled or again installed.

after this process, whenever i tryt o login to bsnl portal, it never happens and i end up with nothing but the same main window.

pls help me what to do now??

your customer care has told me to dial 56700 and choose the song but the song i want to choose is not there but at your portal.

even the code of that song is not valid.

pls help me what to do now
