Street Dogs & Cows

We are at Shalimar Bagh Block B.T. 2nd Street (from House No. B.T. 13 to B.T. 32) There are 3-4 dogs in the street (near by 10-12 dogs in the block) & very dangerous.

Small kids are not able to stay out. No System of any action taken by MCD, as the counseler of the area is Mr. Ramkishan Singhal who is also the President of Standing Committee of MCD & it is very strange like no body is watching all these things happening. A citizen is feeling helpless for what to do for these kinds of problems.
