We are at Shalimar Bagh Block B.T. 2nd Street (from House No. B.T. 13 to B.T. 32) There are 3-4 dogs in the street (near by 10-12 dogs in the block) & very dangerous. Small kids are not able to stay out. No System of any action taken by MCD, as the counseler of the area is Mr. Ramkishan Singhal ...
