Eclaiming my DMAT account

I had opened a denat account with ANZ GRINDLAYS, Chowringee Road Branch, Calcutta. SUbsequently i moved to Hyderabad, AP and deposited 400 shares of BTVL (thru Karvy), which were bought in the IPO (was a Bharti AirTel emp)..

Since then I have not made any transaction and don't know the status of my account.

Need help in reclaiming my account.
