Building
Leakage problem

Hi

Our building is just 1.5 years old and there are some instances of leakage problems in our building. builder has already handed over management of the building to the society. Please let me know if we can ask builder to get it repaired or society has to do it at its own cost. Further if yes please let me know till when builder is liable for structure of the new building. Building is situated at Virar, Thane.
