Dispute With Builde

Since 1973 we are staying at Parvati nivas, Goregaon (east), Mumbai 63. Its a 2 storey building with 5 tender. In 2007 a new builder purchased our building and agreeded us to build up a new building with giving us same sq feet which we possed last 35 years.

In June we he shifted us & agreed to pay a rent, futher broke half of the builidng of parvati nivas.

Presently we have learnt that one tender's agreement is pending, which was earlier told to us that all of have agreeded. Now the builder has some dispute with that tender, and has raised up his hand for not paying the rent also will not build up the building.

Appreicate if you can help us out to sort out or advice us futher what action to be take against the builder.
