Refund of Rejected Application for - IPO

I have applied in IPO of Burnpur Cement Limited for 500 shares of Rs.12 Each amounting to Rs.6000/- in Application No.3002647. I Have applied through "On Line from UTI Securities". Same Application is rejected but yet today date 9/1 I have not received my refund. Please give me guidance how i should get my money back.
