Non receipt of gift

I had renewed my five year subscription of Business Today - Subscription Reference No. BT-182829- for another five years in January. I was promised a free gift but till now, after more than ten months and many complaints, have not received the same. You have defaulted on your terms of our agreement and and have caused breach of trust which I had reposed in you.

Overall you have acted in a very unprofessional manner - and well the publications you bring out - are they also read or viewed at your end!

Please look into the matter urgently lest it goes into the next year.
