Irregular Bus Service

Bus No. GA-01- U - 4122 (Kunal Travels) running on Sanquelim-Honda-Morlem Colony Route is irregular causing severe problems to the people.

yesterday (09/03) i was waiting for the same bus at Honda along with my mother.

As my mother's hand got fracture, we had an appointment with Doctor at Sankalp Clinic Mapusa. after coming to Honda by private bus we looked for passenger auto for further 4 km journey to residence at Morle Colony. but as there is no passenger auto available at Honda Sattari, we kept waiting for the bus.

Finally after waiting for an nearly 1 hour the bus arrived but refused to go to Morle Colony as there is not enough passenger. We even requested driver that we’ll pay more money as there is plaster on my mother’s hand and no other private transport are available. Even then he refused to go on route allotted to him and further on the route taken turn at Harvalem Village instead of going to Morle Colony.

Such Bus owner (GA-01- U - 4122 (Kunal Travels) may be punished and their route may be cancelled.
