From Agra to mathura bus service at night

Dear Sir

I am aresident of mathura, doing job at agra and daily to and fro mathura to agra . generally while returning back to mathura at 8.30 pm at Bhagwan talkies Chauraha the buses of UP tourism who are going directly to Delhi via Mathura bye pass route. These transport personnel of such buses (direct to dli) do not consider the Mathura localites and usually pick only dli passengers. And when mathura localites ask them to board the conductor straight way refused as if we are not paying fare from Agra to mathura, even last night when there were three buses going to dli directly, nobody accepts the mathura passengers, donot know why and even one conductor abuses and shout not to board on his bus. What is this, if the bus relates to UPRTC then why these partialty going on. Are passengers bound for Mtahura rote buses only. No this is not acceptable and urge the higher personnels to take this matter urgently and resolve the problem. so that the basic aim of UPRTC is not defeated (Sarvjan Hitaya, Sarvajana Sukhaya). I hope my request will not go in vain.
