Drainage problems

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am resident of HAL 2nd stage, 17th 'B' Main, Bangalore. THU 11th June there was a huge rain fall in our area, due to this, the drainage was blasted and all drainage water enters in to our house inside, The water level inside the house was almost 2-Feets. All our house hold things got wet and lot of damage and caused huge amount of inconvenience. We did not sleep whole night. We are regularly paying the water bill and maintain charges to BWSSB, but they are not taking any action in our area to solve these long existing drainage problems.
