Transformer Problem

I am residing at C-1 Jaya Residency-2, Gandhipuram - 3, Near R.T.C.Complex, Rajahmundry, East Godavari, A.P. for the past 5 years. In this appartments, around 13 houses are there. The transformer connected to this appartment is frequently raising some big sound. Because of this, we use to lose our house old things, such spoiling of fan coil, fridge, t.v., computer, etc.

Recently (2 - 3 days back), some big sound has arisen from the transformer, I lost modem of computer (costing Rs.1300/-) & Fan is not working. Previously I lost no. of times fan coiling.

Please solve the problem.
