Equest for refund since not travelled

Sir,

I had boked two tickets on-line on 01-10- 09, for me & my wife mrs. Geethavani k s for our journey from Chennai to Bangalore by a/c 3 tier in train no. 2657 (Bangalore Mail).

Due to sudden Sickness my wife mrs. Geethavani k s could not travel on that day. The TTR Has noted as

"Not Joined" both in my ticket & in his chart.

Now ths is to request you, sir, to kindly arrange to refund the eligible amount and credit into my credit card account through which i booke the ticket on 01-10-09.
