HARASSMENT OF CABLE TV OPERATOR

We had recently shifted our residence to Vishwamitram Apts, Ist Floor, Flat No : 4, 52/64 Kamdar Nagar IInd Street, Nungambakam, Chennai - 600034.

We wanted to take a cable Tv connection in our new house. We found out that the cable operator for Kamdar nagar is a company by name Pace Media and the contact person is Mr. Sekar (Mobile No: 0-9382640340). We had contacted him on 3rd Aug and plcaed a request for connection. He was demanding unrasonable charges on installation and monthly rental. We also checked with him if we could directly talk to the owner, but he imposted that he is the owner of Pace Media.

Till date we have called him more than 20 times and he has not reverted even once. Since he is the monopoly for Kamdar nagar I am unable to approach anyother cable Tv for a connection.

We are put into tatl embarassment. Such cable TV operatores are not controlled and their lisence must be cancelled.
