Parking Security

Hi,

Today, 8th April I had been to Cafe Coffee Day Square, Vitall Mallya Road, Bangalore. Me and my friend parked the bikes and were waiting for another friend to join us. Security guy approached us and told we cant park our bikes here if we are going out. We told him we are waiting for a friend who doesn't know the address. We got a call from our friend that he is waiting on other side of the road and we went there. We came back with him, had our coffee at Coffee Day Square and returned to parking lot after some time.

Our bikes were missing! When we asked that security guy he told he has no idea. After searching for 30 min we found our bikes been pulled to a corner of parking lot! Security people denied any hand in this. Later he told he hid our bikes as we went outside Coffee Day Square!

This kind of behavior is highly unethical and unacceptable. Security personnel have no rights to do such a thing! I am not sure what action can be taken against these issues. But some action is required to ensure customers are troubled in future. Hope to see some action here.
