Rs.10000 debited from my a/c no.2692101003054 due to faulty atm of sbi

I went to withdraw Rs.10000 from sbi ATM id no. S1AN00137701 but sorry to say that amount not disbursed by the ATM vide TXN no.3666 and Response code 072 also bearings remark SORRY UNABLE TO PROCESS INCONVENIENCE IS REGRETTED. KINDLY CONTACT YOUR BRANCH on 31.10.2009 at Liluah KOLKATA. On 01.11.09 i contacted with sbi helpline in response they told me to contact my canara branch. An e-complain also registered to sbi vide Complain Ticket No. CC1257061163699 ON 01.11.2009. Today i also approched to my branch to sort out the problem so that the amt. of RS.10000 credited in my a/c no.2692101003054 canara bank as early as possible.
