ATM TRANSACTION PROBLEM WITH CANARA BANK

HI,

Myself Shailesh Donda account holder of CANARA BANK (Prabhadevi) branch. I was withdrawal money of rs - from canara bank atm surat and suddenly it can deducted rs 4000/- from my account. This was happen on 03-09.

When i given application to surat branch for this thing they told me to give it on prabhadevi branch. I was gone to prabhadevi branch and they acceped my application but told me to contect surat branch. so in between i m very confuse that bombay branch tell to contect for surat branch and vice versa same happen from surat branch.

I don't know what to do if the bank manager ask this type thing and not to help the customer.

Plz help me any body for whom i can contect to credit my deducted amount...
