Taken Double ECS in a month

respected sir,

sir i was taken a car loan from icici bank in nov.

one day (oct) recovery ajent was come to my home and saying for ECS payment but ECS payment are relise from my acount. i m given the foto copy of my passbook there is mension the relise are monthly installment.

but icici bank are atomatically debit the Double ECS in 2008. still i am contact the icici bank costomer care. they was say `you oct payment is bounced bank. theyare given to me the RBI bouncing report and encashment certificate.then i am contact the corporation branch manager. but they can not satisfied me. they are exepted its corporation bank foult. but they can not refund me. one years are gone for walking the bank but manager can not refund me.

sir i want to complaint against the corporation bank. corporation taken my money but they can not given the payment to ICICI bank. ICICI bank given to me a bouncing certificate & RBI bouncing report for bouncing amount 5383=00. oct. corporation bank can not given the any encashment certificate and can not give my refund amount and can not setisfied me.

sir i want my full refund and interest.and any charges for due paid/Bouncing charged that can icici charged me. sir i am given the ECS facility for the both bank. if my acount balance are minimum then my fault aotherwise all faults for bank and bank charged all are panelities.
