T-shirt shrink & delaying in changing

I am buy a pack of 3 t-shirt on 6 august from cantabil show room, after use & wash they shrink, when i m going to return this piece on 16 august they they told me to come on after 1.00 pm .then they told me to come on after 2 days, after 2-3 days they telling me that he want to show this t-shirt to man coming from company, and taking my number .& saying that they cal me in 1-2 days.but at recent on 23 august there is no information from there side.
