Late receiving of House Hold items

This is with reference to the consignment booked for delivery of Household items from Kolkata to Ahmedabad against Consignment Note No 001263. Booking details are as follows:

Date of Booking: 21/04.

Declared Consignment Value: Rs.1, 00, 000.00.

Invoice No: 000761 dated 21/04.

Though we had been given a verbal commitment of delivery within 10 days the consignment has not yet been delivered. The concerned person from Caravan Packers & Movers at Ahmedabad (Mr. Surender Singh Bangarwa, Marketing Executive, Ahmedabad Mob:9376206077) has been contacted on daily basis from last 7 days he is not being able to furnish us any sound status of the consignment.

Every time I call, he comes out with new excuses which ridicule the impression of your organization to me. Due to the delay of the delivery I am cannot shift to my rented flat incurring additional expenses against lodging and fooding outside apart from the rent that has already been paid.

As per the terms I have already paid in full against the above invoice number through cheque and cash.

Utlimately the materials received with much damages on 15/05.

Because of the the delay I had to stay in Hotel with additional fooding & lodging charges. I need that charges to be paid by the Packers.
