Card closed but bills are coming

I have made the full and final payment to you and at same time you have issued the clearance certificate on Nov to me that no dues are pending. Latest i have recieved the bill for Rs 44854.94 paisa on 16/3 which is due on 31March.

We bring to your kind noticed that no of times i have visited your Branch Sector 9 (D) Chandigarh and photocopy of statement submited to them but as on to-day no response has come.

You are requested kindly settle this issue with 7 days otherwise i will go in cusumer court.
