offering no additional charges of their allotment. However, there were charges on those cards, like annual fee, service tax cess. Hence, I made a request to cancel them and honestly those cards did not have activated and there ends the matter. Now the statement of my card for the period 07 OCT To 06 NOV shows the following:

Since I have already informed the Bank last year itself, that those add on cards are not required and they do not exist or put in use so far, I wish to say that these charges are not leviable. Please arrange to cancel them and necessary corrections are carried out forthwith.

In the correspondences, in the mail address, after my name, the word ‘Plot No.36’ shall be prefixed to ‘7th Cross Street, Jeyendra Nagar, Sembakkam, Chennai.600 073’. Please arrange to take note of the omission, which require immediate incorporation for the safest delivery of mails, in future (because another person is living with the same name in this street).
