Product not replaced within 7 days

Dear sir/madam

i have purchased one cargo from Ansal Plaza, Ludhiana. As per cash memo, the same can be replaced within 7 days. However the store manager didn't allow that on the premise that the product was purchased in sale and he has no stock of that particular item. I even agreed to purchase some other garment for the similar value but he was very adamant and didn't listen.

I don't think he is working as per company policy. he lacks even basic courtesy to the customers.

please allow me to exchange the garment.
