Double swiping credit card

I have my health insurance, personal accident policy, family members health policies and my cars and bikes insurance with royal sundaram.

this month after i paid for my car insurance i was shocked to see it was again charged within 10days in my credit card bill.

for the past 10days i've been calling them to rectify it but the response is very rude, no one seems to be accountable for their activities.

how can a person trust such a company which misuses the credit card details?

is it faesible to continue with my policies with this company again?

their website has online facility for buying all types of insurance but nothing for customer care & complaints.

is this a reputed company or a cheating group?
