Bad Customer Service -Standard Chartered Bank Thane

Dear Sir,
We had taken a current account of Standard Chartered Bank as the sales person had made a good pitch regarding the bank and its activities. We took the account and faced so bad customer service at the Thane barnch.1st there were issues on debit card, 2nd money remittance and third false information regarding charges. The staff is illiterate including the manager Ms reshma. They dont know the process and a transaction which needs 3 days in a scheduled bank took them 12 days bt still dint work out.
They even took money out of my personal acnt without authorisation. The consumer court/banking ombudsman is of no use here in India as we all know
Beware of the bank and its employees.
