I purchased an AC from Reliance digital store at ambiance Mall gurgaon. When the person came to install it he found out that the AC was defective.

It had multiple dents in the area were the coils are.

we asked them to take it back and refund the moneeey or give us the credit note, they have not done either.

I feel terribly degected.by the services.

I request some one to look into the matter and take action or else I may have to resort to consumer court.
