Subject: INORDINATE DELAY IN ATTENDING THE COMPLAINT

We lodged a complaint vide the Complaint No. GHZ 402 on July 30 at0832 hrs bout the non-working of the 2 Ton Carrier Air Conditioner with the Customer Service of Carrier.

Even after repeated foloow up with the Customer Care Service, no body bothered to attend this complaint till now.

This Morning we have been forced to send and email to Mr. Zubin Irani the Managing Director of the Company in India. But he was not approachable on telephone as rhe was reported to be in soem meeting.

Such delay is not expected from a renowned Company like M/s Carrier

Request to look into the root cause of it.
