Dealer not responding about the complaint

Dear Sir

I purchased a window A.C. of carrier, optima model on 17-04-04 from M/S Marut Enterprises Sultanpur (U.P.) INDIA, the PCB of my A.C. got damaged, I approached the dealer, instead of replacing the PCB he got repaired, since then my A.C. is not being operated manually, due to this I9 am facing a lot of problems.
