Stabilizer not working

I puchased one Carrier Duracool 1.5 Tones A/C with Totaline Stabilizer from SE Aircone Noida, From very second day I am facing problem with this A/C and have made complaints several times. 10 days back that Stabilizer generated some snarls, and as usual I informed them of the problem, but till date nobody contacted me. Whenever I call them, they have the same answer 'aaj ho jayega'. Worst customer service. Never by products from this company.
