I had purchased "CARRIER DURAKOOL 1.5 TON WINDOW AC" ON 23.06.2009 under invoice no HWH/CM/01613/09-10 from there authorised outlet "GRET EASTERN APPLIANCES PVT LTD - 290, G T ROAD, HORAH 711 102" and the machine were installed on 25.06. On 26.06.2009 and 27.06.2009 i had noticed that some irregular sound from AC and on 28.06.2009 machine automatically off then immediately complained to there customer care under ref no. KOL/1504. I was surprised to note that no one has turned up on 29.06.2009. Than they have sent one technician on 30.06.2009 and informed parts were need to changed. But after repeatedly following up to customer care as well as to vendor on 01.07. 02.07. 03.07.2009 & 04.07.2009 no one bothered to come or call to solve the problem. After that I mail a letter addressed to MD of Co. at mdindia@carrier.utc.co.in and faxed to faxed to vendor stating above problems and requested to uninstall the machine, return my money alongwithh all charges and interest there on but till now they have not taken any action.
