Carrier window ac
EXTREMLY POOR AFTER SALES SERVICE

Hi,

My name is pooja aggarwal residing in noida. I bought a carrier window

ac from dealer name GLACIER ENGINEERS INDRAPURAM on 22- juneunder

the name of mr m.c aggarwal, which is under the warranty period, its

not working properly, i complain so many times but all the time their

manager & customer support executive tell the same sentence that your

complain is under process & technician will visit soon.but nobody

turned up My recent complain no is GHZ325 WHICH I GOT ON 8 MAY AT

10.30AM. manager name sriniwas seating in gurgaon promised so many

times that technician will visit but no body turned up. i want to

replace the ac as it frequently doesnt works but carrier people are

not providing me the service . their service & quality are extremly

poor. I will not suggesy anyone to buy ac from them, as their after

sales service are zero.i m going to give their complain in media as

well as in consumer court.it is totally a frayd case of carrier

company as charging high but giving nothing in return as well as

harrassing the consumer.,
